How it works
One calculation model keeps 3D, drawing, bill of materials and price consistent.
One model
Your settings are turned into a complete 3D model with all beams, posts, rafters and cladding. The drawing, bill of materials, cut list and AR model all come from the same model, so they always match.
Indicative check
Rafters, beams, posts and foundation are checked in simplified form for snow, wind and self-weight following the principles of the Eurocodes. This is a preliminary design. It is not a signed structural calculation and not an inspection by a structural engineer.
Price as a range
Every line in the bill of materials has a reference price with a margin. Totals are shown as a range. Prices are manually maintained estimates with an as-of date and are not linked to live shop prices.
Cut list
For timber a cutting plan is calculated in standard trade lengths, so you know what to buy and how much waste to expect.
Permit check
You enter your plot details yourself. We apply the national rules for permit-free building and show where it gets tight. For the real answer we refer to the Omgevingsloket.
Status of your plan
Every plan has a status: Indicative (as now), Checked (checked by a professional) or Signed (with a signed structural calculation). Right now everything is Indicative.
