This check is a simplification of the national rules. Your local zoning plan may differ and there are exceptions. The Omgevingsloket and your municipality give the outcome you can build on.
Calculation rules: the total of ancillary structures in the rear garden may be at most 50% of the first 100 m2, plus 20% of the part between 100 and 300 m2, plus 10% of the part above 300 m2, with a maximum of 150 m2. Ridge height at most 5 m and, close to a plot boundary, at most 0.47 times the distance plus 3 m. Eaves height at most 3 m.
