Who we are

Hofplan is a preview service. For privacy questions use the contact form on this site.

What we process

When you submit a form: your name, email address, optionally phone number, postcode and message, plus the configuration you send along. When you use the site: anonymous events (such as opening a page or changing a configuration) with a random session number. We store no IP address and no cookies.

Purpose

To answer your question or contact you about this request. We use the anonymous events to improve the site.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting a form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Retention

Form data for at most 24 months. Anonymous events for at most 90 days.

Who we share with

Not with third parties for marketing. Messages are handled through our own mail server. If you use AR on Android, your phone opens Google Scene Viewer, in which case Google fetches the 3D model. On iPhone, AR uses Apple's Quick Look.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Your settings are kept in your browser's address bar.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data via the contact form. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
