Indicative

All drawings, calculations, prices and permit indications are indicative. They are intended as an aid for a preliminary design and do not replace a structural calculation by a structural engineer, a permit check at the Omgevingsloket or a quote from a contractor.

No assurances

We give no assurance that a design is permit-free, that a structure complies or that prices match shop prices at the time you buy. You remain responsible for checking dimensions, rules and safety.

Building involves risk

When building you work with tools, height and weight. Always have electrical work, solar panels and gas done by a certified installer.
